• You are only purchasing my services and the digital file. Not printed art.• I own the Artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with the art, for example; Post it to other sites such as Instagram, Twitter and Patreon. Or present it in future art books/ Portfolios etc. But always with proper credit to you!• I may stream the creation process, unless told not to. (this includes for example secret works. if you want your project to stay behind the scenes, you will have to tell me.)• As the commissioner, you may re-post an image from me with proper credit and do not claim it as your art!• You can use your commissioned art as decoration for your social media.• You will recieve the full resolution picture, but my Signature will remain on it somewhere small.• I will send you the full resolution .psd file for Live2d Models with both notes for you as commissioner, and notes for the rigger, on seperate layers.• I will not create Live2D models based off copyrighted materials and characters.• You cannot edit the provided works (recolouring, redrawing aspects, retexturing) If you need modifications applied to the piece, please contact me. If the desired change is small enough and within reason, then this can be made free of charge, although you may have to wait.• You are free to print out the commission or even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's for your PERSONAL use only and NOT for sale. (If you want to sell it, please contact me in advance.)• all personal data, seen at any point through out the commission process, is confidential.• I reserve the rights to cancle/decline your order If I don't feel comfortable drawing it or you have been proved troublesome in any way.• All payments will be made on VGen and through VGen pay.
